All communications from us will be in English language. All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in England and any disputes regulated by English law and you agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes.
All email enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours.
After you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail that your order is accepted with an Order Reference Number. Our website constitutes an invitation to you to do business with us. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us.
We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.
Shortly after receipt of your order we will confirm that we have accepted your order and advise you of your Order Reference Number. A contract will be entered into between you and us only when we have issued our confirmation that your order is accepted and issued your Order Reference Number.
We must receive payment for the goods ordered and delivery costs before your order can be accepted and your Order Reference Number issued.
The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclude deliv- ery costs which are specified in Paragraph 5 below. Errors and omissions are excluded. Prices shown in currencies other than UK Sterling (GBP) are a guide price only, as exchange rates at the time of purchase may vary the actual total cost due.
The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice prior to our issuing an acceptance of your order and your Order Reference Number but not thereafter.
All descriptions, images and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.
Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
We accept either Credit Card or Debit Card payments via our secure payment system or payment using Pay Pal.

The goods will not be despatched until we have full payment for them and for delivery costs.

All orders received before 12pm (midday) (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day via DPD tracked.
All goods delivered to the UK are sent by either DHL or DPD Express Next Working Day UK mainland only. All orders received before 12pm GMT (midday) (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery via DHL courier.
Not going to be in? Don’t worry as DHL offer an in-flight service so you can schedule your delivery to be at a location or day which suits you. DHL do NOT count Saturday as a working day, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note that courier orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses (i.e. not Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc), and delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take 2-5 working days. Affected postcodes are: AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

Employees of Vélobici LTD (including affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The contest period will run for the stated time on the initial competition promotion/advert.
Vélobici reserves the right to revise the contest period at the time period without prior noti- fication.
All winners will be chosen at random and will be notified within 24 hours of the competition closing time stated on the initial competition promotion/advert.
Race competitions. All rider predictions need to be entered 75km from the finish line.
All competitions run by Vélobici LTD are in no way affiliated or supported by third party com- panies or organisations.
Vélobici LTD take privacy very seriously. We in no share private data that they receive via competition entries with a third persons/companies.
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
As an alternative, you can contact us by telephone to place your order. Just telephone +44 (0) 116 2540066 during normal working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We may be closed on local and public holidays.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund, pro- vided the item is as new, in the original packaging, and with in 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. On receipt of a returned item, which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods, less any postage or pack- aging paid by velobici. You must prepay postage.
We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for par- cels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the goods. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch if the exchange ex- cedes the value of the oringinal order. Plus postage and packaging (where applicable).
You should also enclose the Returns Slip which accompanied the goods.
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.
